dc.description.abstract	The Bishops' version, the translation overseen by Matthew Parker. First three words of title are xylographic. With a title-page woodcut. Printer's name and address from colophon publication date from STC. Signatures: pi ¹⁰ ² A-Q A-Y Z¹⁰ A-E F⁶ G-2A 2B¹² A-O P⁶ A-T U⁶. Calendar printed in red and black. The second and third parts, the Apocrypha, and the New Testament each have divisional title and separate foliation and register. New Testament leaf 157 misnumbered clix. The last leaf is blank. Many sheets are in two settings, apparently mixed indiscriminately. Reproduction of the original in the Henry E. Huntington Library and Art Gallery. Leaves ¹*2-8 bound after title page.
