Part 2 title page imprint reads: Imprinted at London by Thomas Purfoote and are to be solde at his shop, without Newgate, ouer-against S. Sepulchers Churche. Anno 1582. Running title part 1 reads: Chemnicius of traditions. part 2 formerly also STC 5997. part 2 identified as STC 5997 on UMI microfilm. Signatures: [par.]⁴ A² B-Y⁴ . Reproductions of the originals in the Cambridge University Library (part 1 only) and the Library of Congress (part 2 only).
