Imperfect: at reel 1859:10, pages torn, tightly bound, with print show-through and loss of text at 582:10 part of preliminaries lacking. "Seene and allowed according to the order appointed." Identified as STC 23622 at reel 582:10. Reproductions of originals in the Harvard University Library (reel 1859) and Folger Shakespeare Library (reel 582).
