dc.description.abstractSigned on B3v: Richard Haddoke, Vice-Admirall [and 25 others]. Date of publication suggested by Wing. A reissue or reprinting of "The resolution and remonstrance of the Navie, to the supream power of England, the Commons assembled in Parliament, and to his Excellency, the Lord Generall Fairfax with the Honourable Councell of the Army". The title page is probably a cancel B3v and B4 are in a different setting, incorporating the proclamation. Reproduction of the original in the British Library.
