Book 3 has caption title, reading: The third booke, entreating of vlcers, and first, in generall. Book 4 has caption title, reading: The fourth booke entreating of fractures and dislocations. Pages 264 and 378 misnumbered 2 and 387. Errata on verso of Z6, final leaf. A translation of book 3 and other selected portions of Wecker's Medicinae utriusque syntaxes. Some print slightly faded and show-through. Reproduction of the original in the Cambridge University Library.
