Identified as STC 3910 on reel 180, and STC 3910+ on reel 214. Signatures: A-B⁴ C-D² A-O⁴. Imperfect: reels 180, 214 part 2 only. Reproductions of the originals in the Yale University. Library (reels 180, 214) and the Bodleian Library (reel 2039).
