This is the only edition with extra preface on A4 verso dated 26 December 1550 and correcting an erratum. Other copies of this and STC 13757.5 may be at Durham University Library and University of Glasgow. Library. The "septennium" privilege, which appears in this and STC 13758 but not 13757.5 is unusual at this early date--STC. Running title reads: The confession of Ihon Hoopers fayth. Signatures: A-H⁴.
