A, A[par.]-E[par.], aaa-ccc Flesher pr. B-K Eliz. Allde app[arently]. pr. aa*-ee* Dawson pr. aa-dd"--STC. "Certaine miscellany relations, or passages .." has separate title page dated 1635, p. ee1r. The map, engraved with letterpress text, is captioned "A true delineation of the Swedish and imperiall campe near Nordlingen .. 1634". Identified as STC 11784 on UMI microfilm. Reproduction of the original in the British Library.
