dc.description.abstractIncludes an English translation of Juvenal's tenth Satire, with Latin notes at foot of pages. Preliminary material contains complimentary verses by Dryden, Mrs. Behn and E. Settle. "The annotations on the tenth Satyr" has caption title register and pagination are continuous. "Cato his answer to Labienus when he requested him to consult the oracle of Jupiter Ammon. .." (in verse) is printed on final leaf. Bound and filmed with Wing (2nd ed.) J1293: "The tenth Satyr of Juvenal" (London, 1687). Reproduction of the original in the Bodleian Library.
