In two parts part 2, "The declaration of the fathers of the councell of Trent, concerning going vnto churches", in English and Latin. Formerly STC 5189. Identified as STC 5189 on UMI microfilm, reel 283. Part 2 formerly STC 24264 identified by that number on reel 1498. Imperfect title page mutilated (missing part supplied by STC) pages marked and stained leaf K3 and all of part 2 lacking. Reproductions of the originals in the Harvard University Library and the Cambridge University Library (part 2 only). Appears at reel 283 (Harvard University Library copy) and at reel 1498 (Harvard University Library copy (part 2 only)).
