dc.description.abstractPrinter's name from STC. [A]2 is an additional title page, engraved, "New epistles by Mounseur du Balzack", signed: will: Marshall sculpsit. "A supply to the second part or The third part of the letters .." has separate pagination and dated title page with imprint "London printed by I[ohn]. D[awson] .." register re-commences with 2A1. The first leaf and the last leaf are blank. [A]4r is a cancel, [A]4r catchword "monds,". Variant 1: title has "Nevv epistles by Mounsieur d'Balzac". Variant 2: [A]4 is cancellandum with heading in a different setting and the text a different imposition, with [A]4r catchword "hazard". Reproduction of the original in the British Library.
