With an [8] p. advertisement section bound in before "Doctor Sennertus of agues and fevers". "Doctor D. Sennertus of agues and fevers" also appears separately at reel 2077:22 identified as Wing S2538. Imperfect pages cropped and stained, with faded print and slight loss of text. Reproduction of the original in the British Library.
